It is important to let Dr. Bouza know about any problems or discomfort you are experiencing with medications. Side effects can be evaluated by phone briefly (less than 10 minutes) at no charge. If the discussion is complex, an appointment will need to be scheduled.
Refills:
You will receive new prescriptions and appropriate refills during your appointment time. Usually, additional refills will not be provided to pharmacies by phone without an appointment. Please contact Dr. Bouza to make an appointment when you are running low on your prescriptions. Please do not call your pharmacy directly for refill requests.
Urgent issues:
In case of an urgent issue, you can leave a telephone message and expect a return call, in most cases, within the same business day. If your urgency is so acute that waiting for a response is not appropriate, please call 911, King County Crisis line at (866) 427-4747, or go to the nearest Emergency Department.
