Dr. Bouza's office is conveniently located in Kirkland right off of I-405. Parking is plentiful and free. Office is located on the second floor of a two-story light brown office building. Once you arrive, please have a seat in the waiting room in the suite #202.
From I-405 southbound:
Take the NE 124th St exit (exit 20). Turn left onto NE 124th St. Turn right onto 124th Ave NE. Take next right onto Slater Ave NE (right after a new 6-story apartment building). Turn left onto Totem Lake Office Plaza (KinderCare Center is right behind it).
From I-405 northbound:
Take NE 116th St exit (exit 20A). Keep right at the fork in the ramp and merge onto NE 116th Ave. At the next light turn right onto 124th Ave NE. Take next right onto Slater Ave NE (right after a new 6-story apartment building). Turn left onto Totem Lake Office Plaza (KinderCare Center is right behind it).
From WA-520 E or I-90 E:
Take I-405 N. From I-405 northbound take NE 116th St exit (exit 20A). Keep right at the fork in the ramp and merge onto NE 116th Ave. At the next light turn right onto 124th Ave NE.
